1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between participants ("Participants") of the decentralized autonomous organization "DAODES" and defines the rules for interacting with the platform, smart contracts, and project tokens.
1.2. "DAODES" is a decentralized community governed using blockchain technologies, where decisions are made collectively by holders of governance tokens.
1.3. Participation in "DAODES" implies your agreement with the terms of this Agreement. If you disagree, refrain from using the platform.

DAO Tokens - digital assets providing voting rights and/or share in project governance.
Smart Contracts - self-executing algorithms on blockchain regulating DAO operations.
Voting - the decision-making process by token holders.

5.1. "DAODES" operates in decentralized mode and no one guarantees:
