Why is decentralization not just a word, but the foundation of the DAO of DES

Recently, we talked about the key principle of our project — decentralization. This is not just a beautiful idea, but a concrete implementation that makes DAO DES stable, secure and really useful in Web3.

From 2017 to 2022, losses from hacker attacks on blockchain projects increased 15.3 times, and the forecast is disappointing - if growth continues at least in a linear progression, losses will increase 234 times over the next 5 years. The numbers speak for themselves: security and decentralization are no longer options, but a necessity.

We see how centralization destroys even the largest projects. Let's recall at least TerraLuna and FTX — the collapse became possible precisely because of the concentration of power in one hand.

In DAO DES, we have implemented real decentralization:
— Validators do not manage the project alone.
— Delegators contribute to the overall pool, and the rewards are distributed fairly — no major player will be able to "buy" control.
— Management takes place through the DAO mechanics: those who really benefit participate - developers, translators, designers, PR specialists, idea generators.

The project is based on the Cosmos SDK, one of the most reliable ecosystems that has no problems with hacker attacks or vulnerabilities. And the Proof of Time module and the sharding system will ensure scalability in the future without compromising security and decentralization.

DAO DES is not just a set of words, it is the foundation for new Web3 ecosystems where technology serves people, not the other way around.
